My Story
I'm Joe Gwerder, a longtime general building contractor with decades of hands-on experience in rural residential construction. Over the years, I’ve seen too many people jump into expensive projects without fully understanding the process. Before hiring an architect or breaking ground, a simple conversation could save you time, money, and stress.

For a modest fee, I’ll help you understand what to expect, offer realistic cost estimates, outline the right steps, and, if needed, refer reliable contractors—or even take on the work myself. Soon, I’ll also be offering CAD drawings to help you clearly visualize your project before making big commitments.
